In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Bellevue Tigers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Ludlow Panthers.

The Tigers (5-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Dayton (Dayton, KY). The Greendevils come into the District 36 challenge with a 12-9 record. In their last challenge, Dayton edged Ludlow (Ludlow, KY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Panthers face the Heritage Academy Eagles (Florence, KY) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 27. Ludlow will attempt to advance on its 6-17 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 6-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Covington Latin (Covington, KY).
