North Iowa Bison (Buffalo Center, IA) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Belmond-Klemme Broncos (Belmond, IA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bison (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA). The Golden Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 5-11 record. In their last challenge, Bishop Garrigan beat North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Broncos now sport a 2-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Garrigan for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. Belmond-Klemme will face a Golden Bears squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA). The Golden Bears record now stands at 5-11.
