Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Bridges Prep Buccaneers (Beaufort, SC), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Seahawks (7-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Cartersville (Cartersville, GA). The Hurricanes come into the non-league challenge with a 28-6 record. In their last challenge, Cartersville was nudged by Alpharetta (Alpharetta, GA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Buccaneers meet the Beaufort Eagles (Beaufort, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 27. Bridges Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 3-2 league win over Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC).
