Wisconsin High School Volleyball - Slinger over Brookfield East

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Slinger Owls volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Brookfield East Spartans.

The Owls (16-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Nicolet (Glendale, WI). The Knights go into the North Shore test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Nicolet went down by Brookfield East (Brookfield, WI), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Spartans now sport a 24-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Menomonee Falls for a Greater Metro test on Tuesday, September 30. Brookfield East will face a Phoenix squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Waunakee (Waunakee, WI). The Phoenix record now stands at 21-7.
