West Virginia High School Volleyball - Madonna can't hold off Clay-Battelle

The Clay-Battelle Cee-Bees held off the host Madonna Blue Dons volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Saturday's league bout.

The Cee-Bees now possess a 13-8 record. They play next when they travel to St. Marys for a Little Kanawha bout on Saturday, September 27. Clay-Battelle will clash with a Blue Devils team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Oak Glen (New Cumberland, WV). The Blue Devils record now stands at 10-7.

With the loss, Madonna drops to 16-7 on the campaign. The Blue dons host St. Marys (St. Marys, WV) to clash with the Blue Devils in a Little Kanawha bout on Saturday, September 27. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 10-7. St. Marys lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Oak Glen (New Cumberland, WV)
