The Colman-Egan C-E Hawks (Colman, SD) volleyball knocked off the host Oldham-Ramona/Rutland Rutland (Ramona, SD), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The C-E Hawks now hold a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Platte/Geddes for a non-league match on Saturday, September 27. Colman-Egan will battle a Black Panthers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Burke (Burke, SD). The Black Panthers record now stands at 5-7.
The Rutland (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Mobridge-Pollock dropped by Winner (Winner, SD), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
