Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Columbia Christian Crusaders (Magnolia, AR) and the visiting Spring Hill Bears (Hope, AR), observed Columbia Christian's volleyball team hold off Spring Hill by a count of 2-1.

The Crusaders (9-4) will now prepare for their battle against New Life Christian Academy (Little Rock, AR). The go into the non-league battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, New Life Christian Academy was edged by Arkansas Christian Academy (Bryant, AR), 3-1, in a league battle.

The Bears now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Foreman for a non-league battle on Monday, September 29. Spring Hill will encounter a Gator Arkansas squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Columbia Christian (Magnolia, AR). The Gator Arkansas record now stands at 3-7.
