New York High School Volleyball - Corning-Painted Post over Vestal

In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Corning-Painted Post Hawks volleyball squad scored a 2-0 triumph over the Vestal Golden Bears.
The Hawks (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Owego Free Academy (Owego, NY). The River Hawks go into the non-league test with a 6-0 record.
The Golden Bears now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oneonta for a Section 4 Southern Tier test on Wednesday, October 1. Vestal will play a Yellowjackets team coming off a 3-1 league win over Windsor Central (Windsor, NY). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-3.
