In Saturday's non-league match, the Covington Trojans (Covington, IN) volleyball squad prevailed the host Seeger Patriots (West Lebanon, IN), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Trojans battle the Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin Blue Devils (Bismarck, IL) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 29. Covington will attempt to move on its 14-11 season record. The Blue Devils enter the match with a 12-3 record after their 2-0 league win over Iroquois West (Gilman, IL).

The Patriots (17-4) will now prepare for their match against South Vermillion (Clinton, IN). The Wildcats enter the Wabash River match with a 7-9 record. In their last match, South Vermillion notched a victory over White River Valley (Switz City, IN), 2-0, in a non-league bout.
