The Summit Storm volleyball team (Bend, OR), was tipped 2-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Crater Comets (Central Point, OR)
The Comets (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Springfield (Springfield, OR). The Millers enter the 5A Midwestern contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Springfield was tipped by Thurston (Springfield, OR), 3-1, in a league contest.
Next, the Storm battle the South Albany Redhawks (Albany, OR) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 27. Summit will attempt to move on its 12-6 season record. The Redhawks enter the contest with a 10-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Dallas (Dallas, OR).
