In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Dreher Blue Devils volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Southside Christian Sabres.

The Blue Devils (16-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Greer (Greer, SC). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league challenge with a 12-5 record. In their last challenge, Greer beat Berea (Greenville, SC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Sabres meet the Belton-Honea Path Bears (Honea Path, SC) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 27. Southside Christian will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Bears go into the test with a 3-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to West-Oak (Westminster, SC).
