In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Fort Zumwalt West Jaguars volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the St. Louis Christian HomeSchool Patriots.

The Jaguars (15-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Waynesville (Waynesville, MO). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 9-5 record. In their last test, Waynesville was edged by Nixa (Nixa, MO), 3-0, in a league test.

The Patriots now have a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to Omaha Lightning for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 27. St. Louis Christian HomeSchool will play a team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Little Rock HomeSchool (Little Rock, AR). The record now stands at 1-0.
