Goddard Rockets (Roswell, NM) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Portales Rams (Portales, NM), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Goddard improves its record to 9-1 on the season. The Rockets travel to Hobbs (Hobbs, NM) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 4-10. Hobbs won 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM)

Next, the Rams play the Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Portales will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record.
