Kansas High School Volleyball - Wichita HomeSchool over Herington

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Wichita HomeSchool Warriors (Wichita, KS) and the host Herington Railroaders (Herington, KS), saw Wichita HomeSchool's volleyball squad notch a victory over Herington by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Wichita HomeSchool improves its record to 25-4 on the season. The Warriors travel to Sacred Heart (Salina, KS) to meet the Knights in a non-league contest on Saturday, September 27. The Knights enter the contest with a record of 8-13. Sacred Heart lost 2-0 in their recent league contest against Beloit (Beloit, KS)

The Railroaders now own a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Canton-Galva for a Wheat State test on Tuesday, September 30. Herington will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rural Vista [Hope/White City] (Hope, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 9-7.
