Ludlow Panthers (Ludlow, KY) boosters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Heritage Academy Eagles (Florence, KY), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers (6-17) will now prepare for their challenge against Dayton (Dayton, KY). The Greendevils enter the non-league challenge with a 9-9 record. In their last challenge, Dayton was beaten by Bracken County (Brooksville, KY), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Newport Wildcats (Newport, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 29. Heritage Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 3-14 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Holmes (Covington, KY).
