The Lyford Bulldogs topped the visiting IDEA Frontier College Prep volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Saturday's league game.

Next up, the Bulldogs face the Rio Hondo Bobcats (Rio Hondo, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 32 game, on Tuesday, September 30. Lyford will attempt to advance on its 17-11 season record. The Bobcats go into the game with a 1-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to IDEA Frontier College Prep (Brownsville, TX).

With the loss, IDEA Frontier College Prep drops to 13-12 on the campaign. The travel to Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, TX) to play the Warriors in a 3A Region IV District 32 game on Tuesday, September 30. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 0-5.
