The Cardinals (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Corunna (Corunna, MI). The Cavaliers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-9 record. In their last challenge, Corunna was beaten by Lake Fenton (Linden, MI), 3-0, in a league challenge.

The Lakers now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garber for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. Laker will face a Dukes squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Freeland (Freeland, MI). The Dukes record now stands at 17-8.
