Colorado High School Volleyball - Sierra Grande over Mountain Valley

The Sierra Grande Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Mountain Valley Wolves to 1 in the Panthers league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now possess a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Primero for a non-league game on Friday, October 3. Sierra Grande will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Sargent (Monte Vista, CO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-1.

The Wolves (2-9) will now prepare for their game against Sangre de Cristo (Mosca, CO). The Thunderbirds enter the 1A Southern Peaks game with a 5-8 record. In their last game, Sangre de Cristo gained a win over Centennial (San Luis, CO), 3-1, in a league game.
