California High School Volleyball - Nevada Union over Twelve Bridges

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) and the host Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos (Lincoln, CA), observed Nevada Union's volleyball team top Twelve Bridges by a tally of 2-0.

The Miners (11-14) will now prepare for their contest against Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 17-5 record. In their last test, Rio Americano achieved victory over Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA), 3-0, in a league test.

The Raging Rhinos now own a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Del Campo for a Foothill Valley League test on Tuesday, September 30. Twelve Bridges will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to River Valley (Yuba City, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-12.
