The Shell Lake Lakers volleyball squad (Shell Lake, WI), was defeated 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Webster Tigers (Webster, WI)

With the win, Webster improves its record to 21-1 on the year. The Tigers travel to Fall Creek (Fall Creek, WI) to meet the Crickets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 27. The Crickets enter the challenge with a record of 15-11. Fall Creek lost 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Stanley-Boyd (Stanley, WI)

Next, the Lakers meet the Cameron Comets (Cameron, WI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 27. Shell Lake will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Comets go into the test with a 10-8 record after their 3-1 league win over Spooner (Spooner, WI).
