Kansas High School Volleyball - Valley Heights tips Washington County

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Valley Heights Mustangs volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Washington County Tigers.

The Mustangs (18-6) will now prepare for their test against Diller-Odell (Odell, NE). The Griffin go into the non-league test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Diller-Odell was edged by Exeter-Milligan/Friend (Exeter, NE), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now sport a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Heights for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. Washington County will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Clifton-Clyde (Clyde, KS). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-5.
