The Hastings Tigers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Kearney Bearcats to 1 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Hastings improves its record to 26-4 on the year.
In their next game, the Bearcats clash with the Lincoln Southeast Knights (Lincoln, NE) in a A District game, on Thursday, September 30. Kearney will attempt to improve on its 9-25 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 11-19 record after their 23-6 league win over North Star (Lincoln, NE).
