The James Island Trojans topped the visiting Wando Warriors volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Trojans now have a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host May River for a test on Tuesday, October 4. James Island will confront a Sharks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bridges Prep (Beaufort, SC). The Sharks record now stands at 0-5.
The Warriors (3-10) will now prepare for their test against Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Landsharks enter the test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Oceanside Collegiate Academy was knocked off by Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC), 2-1, in a league test.
