With the win, Panther Creek upgrades its record to 5-3 on the year. The Catamounts host Apex Friendship (Apex, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 4. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Apex Friendship won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC)

The Falcons now have a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Middle Creek for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 4.
