The Alexandria City Titans topped the visiting Fairfax Lions volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Titans now have a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Robinson for a non-league test on Monday, October 3. Alexandria City will confront a Rams team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Woodson (Fairfax, VA). The Rams record now stands at 3-5.

The Lions (1-6) will now prepare for their test against West Springfield (Springfield, VA). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, West Springfield beat Robinson (Fairfax, VA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
