The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA) and the host San Fernando Tigers (San Fernando, CA), saw Kennedy's volleyball squad beat San Fernando by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Kennedy upgrades its record to 11-4 on the year. The Cougars host Panorama (Panorama City, CA) to play the Pythons in a bout on Friday, September 30. The Pythons go into the bout with a record of 0-8. Panorama lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Sylmar (Sylmar, CA)

The Tigers now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Verdugo Hills for a non-league bout on Friday, September 30. San Fernando will play a Dons squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Grant (Van Nuys, CA). The Dons record now stands at 12-0.
