The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) and the host Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC), saw South Rowan's volleyball squad beat Lake Norman Charter by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, South Rowan upgrades its record to 12-0 on the year. The Raiders travel to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Monday, October 3. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 5-9.

The Knights now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Northwest Cabarrus for a non-league bout on Monday, October 3. Lake Norman Charter will play a Trojans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Concord (Concord, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 1-2.
