With the win, University Prep Academy upgrades its record to 4-5 on the year. The Golden Eagles travel to The Nueva School (San Mateo, CA) to play the Mavericks in a bout on Tuesday, October 4. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 0-6.

The Eagles now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Summit Shasta for a bout on Tuesday, October 4. Pacific Bay Christian will play a Black Bears squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lowell (San Francisco, CA). The Black Bears record now stands at 10-4.
