With the loss, Wakefield drops to 6-5 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Knightdale (Knightdale, NC) to meet the Knights in a Northern Athletic 4A test on Monday, October 3. The Knights come into the test with a record of 2-14. Knightdale lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Millbrook (Raleigh, NC)
