In Wednesday's league battle, the visiting Mendez Jaguars volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Bernstein Dragons.
The Jaguars (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Belmont (Los Angeles, CA). The Sentinels come into the Central battle with a 4-5 record. In their last battle, Belmont lost by Robert F. Kennedy Community (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Dragons encounter the Hollywood Sheiks (Los Angeles, CA) in a Central battle, on Friday, September 30. Bernstein will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Sheiks come into the battle with a 3-6 record after their 3-1 league loss to Contreras (Los Angeles, CA).
