Connecticut High School Volleyball - Holy Cross over Wilby

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Holy Cross Crusaders (Waterbury, CT) and the visiting Wilby Wildcats (Waterbury, CT), saw Holy Cross's volleyball squad beat Wilby by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Holy Cross upgrades its record to 6-2 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Watertown (Watertown, CT) to play the Indians in a Naugatuck Valley bout on Friday, September 30. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Watertown lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Newington (Newington, CT)

The Wildcats now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Naugatuck for a Naugatuck Valley bout on Thursday, September 29.
