North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hopewell crushed by Mallard Creek

The Mallard Creek Mavericks topped the host Hopewell Titans volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's league test.

The Mavericks now have a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Mecklenburg for a Queen City 3A/4A test on Thursday, September 29. Mallard Creek will confront a Vikings team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 8-8.

The Titans (7-9) will now prepare for their test against West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC). The Lions enter the Queen City 3A/4A test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, West Charlotte gained a win over West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
