The North Forsyth Vikings topped the host Parkland Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Vikings now have a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walkertown for a Mid-State 2A test on Tuesday, October 4. North Forsyth will confront a Wolfpack team coming off a 3-0 league loss to McMichael (Mayodan, NC). The Wolfpack record now stands at 12-4.
The Mustangs (0-15) will now prepare for their test against R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC). The Demons enter the Central Piedmont 4A test with a 5-12 record. In their last test, R.J. Reynolds was knocked off by Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
