The Highlanders (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Wakefield School (The Plains, VA). The Fighting Owls come into the non-league battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Wakefield School went down by George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Generals confront the George C. Marshall Statesmen (Falls Church, VA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, October 3. Washington-Liberty will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Statesmen enter the test with a 4-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Yorktown (Arlington, VA).
