The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Towanda Black Knights (Towanda, PA) and the host Wellsboro Hornets (Wellsboro, PA), saw Towanda's soccer squad beat Wellsboro by a count of 4-0.
The Black Knights now hold a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Athens for a PIAA District IV-AAA test on Tuesday, October 3.
With the loss, Wellsboro drops to 3-6 on the season. The Hornets host Wyalusing Valley (Wyalusing, PA) to meet the Rams in a PIAA District IV-A test on Thursday, October 5. The Rams come into the test with a record of 6-1.
