Glenwood Springs Demons (Glenwood Springs, CO) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Summit Tigers (Frisco, CO), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Demons confront the Steamboat Springs Sailors (Steamboat Springs, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 10. Glenwood Springs will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record.
The Tigers now have a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Palisade for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 7. Summit will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Battle Mountain (Edwards, CO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-7.
