Next up, the Falcons battle the Carondelet Cougars (Concord, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 30. Foothill will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 18-4 record after their 2-1 league loss to Monte Vista (Danville, CA).

With the loss, California moves to 9-8 on the year. The Grizzlies host Granada (Livermore, CA) to battle the Matadors in a contest on Tuesday, October 3. The Matadors go into the contest with a record of 4-16. Granada lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Castro Valley (Castro Valley, CA)
