The Lancaster Red Devils volleyball squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Essex Trojans to 0 in the Red Devils non-league win on Thursday.
With the win, Lancaster upgrades its record to 9-2 on the year. The Red Devils travel to Westmoreland (Montross, VA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, October 2. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Westmoreland lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Rappahannock (Warsaw, VA)
The Trojans now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Middlesex for a non-league bout on Monday, October 2. Essex will play a Chargers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to King William (King William, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 1-5.
