The Goochland Bulldogs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Fluvanna County Flying Flucos to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now have a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Orange County for a non-league game on Monday, October 2. Goochland will meet a Fighting Hornets team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Monticello (Charlottesville, VA). The Fighting Hornets record now stands at 3-5.

The Flying Flucos (4-3) will now prepare for their game against Monticello (Charlottesville, VA). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, Monticello held off Orange County (Orange, VA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
