The Lee Williams Volunteers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Mohave Thunderbirds to 0 in the Volunteers league victory on Thursday.

The Volunteers now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bradshaw Mountain for a game on Tuesday, October 3. Lee Williams will meet a Bears team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Agua Fria (Avondale, AZ). The Bears record now stands at 3-0.

The Thunderbirds (3-6) will now prepare for their game against River Valley (Mohave Valley, AZ). The Dust Devils enter the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, River Valley defeated Tonopah Valley (Tonopah, AZ), 2-1, in a league game.
