With the win, McMichael upgrades its record to 13-2 on the year. The Phoenix travel to Morehead (Eden, NC) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 8-1. Morehead won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against T.W. Andrews (High Point, NC)

The Rams now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Walkertown for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 5. Reidsville will play a Wolfpack squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC). The Wolfpack record now stands at 9-9.
