The Person Rockets volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Southern Alamance Patriots to 1 in the Rockets league victory on Thursday.
The Rockets now have a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Orange for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 3. Person will meet a Panthers team coming off a 2-1 league win over Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 7-10.
The Patriots (4-8) will now prepare for their game against Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC). The Stallions enter the non-league game with a 0-11 record. In their last game, Southeast Alamance was nudged by Jordan-Matthews (Siler City, NC), 2-1, in a non-league game.
