The Sauras now sport a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Alleghany for a Northwest 1A test on Monday, October 2. South Stokes will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 1-7.

With the loss, East Wilkes drops to 6-9 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC) to meet the Granite Bears in a Northwest 1A test on Monday, October 2. The Granite Bears come into the test with a record of 11-0. Mount Airy won 6-0 in their recent league test against Alleghany (Sparta, NC)
