The Veritas School Lions soccer team scored 4 points and limited the host Grace Christian School Kings to 0 in the Lions league victory on Thursday.
Next, the Lions face the Tandem Friends Badgers (Charlottesville, VA) in a Greater Piedmont contest, on Friday, September 29. Veritas School will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Badgers enter the contest with a 0-4 record after their 9-0 league loss to Highland (Warrenton, VA).
The Kings now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host Guardian Christian Academy for a VMAC contest on Friday, September 29. Grace Christian School will face a Royal Knights team coming off a 8-0 league loss to The Carmel School (Ruther Glen, VA). The Royal Knights record now stands at 0-2.
