Crisp County Cougars (Cordele, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, GA), 11-3 in a league challenge.
The Cougars now sport a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Veterans for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 4.
With the loss, Thomasville falls to 8-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Echols County (Statenville, GA) to face the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 3. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 3-8.
