Georgia High School Softball - Murray County thwarted by Fannin County

The Murray County Indians softball team (Chatsworth, GA), was routed 16-8 in Thursday's league test with the host Fannin County Rebels (Blue Ridge, GA)

Coming up next, the Rebels encounter the Rockmart Yellowjackets (Rockmart, GA) in a 2A Region 7 test, on Tuesday, October 3. Fannin County will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a 21-1 record after their 15-0 league win over Model (Rome, GA).

The Indians (4-10) will now prepare for their test against Rockmart (Rockmart, GA). The Yellowjackets come into the 2A Region 7 test with a 21-1 record.
