The Carolina Day Wildcats volleyball team (Asheville, NC), was dropped 2-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Asheville School (Independent) Blues (Asheville, NC)

The Blues (5-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Madison (Marshall, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league challenge with a 7-7 record. In their last challenge, Madison defeated NCSSM: Morganton (Morganton, NC), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Asheville Christian Academy Lions (Swannanoa, NC) in a NCISAA Carolina challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Carolina Day will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record.
