North Carolina High School Volleyball - Atkins over Southern Guilford

The Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC) volleyball were winner over the visiting Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC), 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Atkins betters its record to 3-10 on the year. The Camels travel to Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC) to face the Rams in a Mid-State 3A outing on Monday, October 2. The Rams go into the outing with a record of 1-12. Northeast Guilford won 3-1 in their recent league outing against High Point Central (High Point, NC)

The Storm now sport a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Ben L. Smith for a Mid-State 3A outing on Tuesday, October 3. Southern Guilford will face a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Dudley (Greensboro, NC). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 9-7.
