The Bath County Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Narrows Green Waves to 1 in the Chargers league victory on Thursday.

The Chargers now have a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastern Montgomery for a Pioneer game on Tuesday, October 3. Bath County will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-7.

The Green Waves (1-9) will now prepare for their game against Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA). The Fighting Blues enter the Pioneer game with a 3-10 record. In their last game, Parry McCluer gained a win over Craig County (New Castle, VA), 3-0, in a league game.
