The Cate Rams volleyball team (Carpinteria, CA), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Bishop Diego Cardinals (Santa Barbara, CA)

The Cardinals (13-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Laguna Blanca (Santa Barbara, CA). The Owls enter the Tri-Valley challenge with a 9-11 record. In their last challenge, Laguna Blanca went down by La Reina (Thousand Oaks, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Rams encounter the St. Bonaventure Seraphs (Ventura, CA) in a Tri-Valley challenge, on Friday, September 29. Cate will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Seraphs enter the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 3-2 league win over Foothill Tech (Ventura, CA).
